What is a heat treated pallet?
Any pallet (new or used) that has been heated at the core to 56 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 30 minutes is considered heat treated. Pallets that have been treated will be stenciled with a number and logo which indicates that the company doing the heat treating is fully certified. Do not be fooled, look for the symbol.
