Kamps offers a full Pallet Management Service:

• For our vendors outside of Michigan we design a pallet bank, or guarantee a buy back (GBB) of all empty pallets.
• We will study your current volumes and the sizes received.  We then can determine which vendors send sub-standard pallets.  Using our national network, we determine the geographical dispersion of vendors to "close the loop" and return good pallets to their sources.
• We can also assist you in developing a specification (PDS) for your pallets to improve quality or reduce costs.  This will enable you to compare costs and benefits of new versus used pallets.
• We also provide training for your dock personnel to enable them to effectively control the receiving of sub-standard pallets.  A video is available upon request.
  
  A Closed Loop (Automotive) Management Program would look like this:
  
  1. Kamps supplies the automotive parts manufacturers with automotive pallets.
  
  2. The automotive parts manufacturers ship their products on these pallets to their automotive plants throughout the United States.
  
  3. Kamps retrieves the pallets from these automotive plants, sorts the loads, repairs the pallets and recycles the scrap pallets by shredding them.
  
  4. Kamps then re-issues the pallets back to the original automotive manufacturers so that the loop continues.
